Rexburg, Idaho Water Damage

A hot water line underneath the kitchen sink ruptured and flooded both stories of this Rexburg, Idaho home.  The kitchen was most severely affected with water damage throughout the floor and subflooring .  

SERVPRO of Rexburg, ID was called in to dry out the home.  Because SERVPRO always takes a conservative approach, the company attemted to dry the flooring from the top down.  

Unfortunately, the tile flooring created too much of a barrier and did not allow the floor to dry and needed to come out.

The customer was very happy with SERVPRO's attempt to save the floor and the overall speed of the job.  Total time to dry the structure was five days for this extensive loss.
